CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital has named Marsha White, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, as Chief Nurse Executive.
As CNE of CHRISTUS St. Patrick Hospital, Marsha will be responsible for patient care delivery, nursing and nurse practice. She will provide vision and set direction for quality evidence-based patient-centered care. Marsha will serve as a member of the hospital’s Senior Leadership Team.
She received her nursing degrees from Lai-Alexandria and Northwestern State University and began her nursing career at St. Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria as a Registered Nurse. She quickly advanced into leadership roles with Rapides Women’s & Children’s Hospital (RWCH)—initially as a Nursing Supervisor, followed by Assistant Director, and ending as Administrative Director. Marsha was then recruited into the CNO role for Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula, Fla. She then moved to CNO with Bay Medical Center Sacred Heart Health System in Panama City, Fla. During her tenure, they achieved a Top 50 ranking for quality and patient satisfaction. Since that time, she has been Interim CNO for Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill.
Marsha is a Louisiana native and is happy to have relocated to her home state. She is a seasoned and passionate nurse executive. Marsha takes pride in elevating nursing to the next level.
